Your lot gets its own written quote. No plan covers tree or brush work, roof snow, deck or stair shoveling, or hauling snow off the lot. Cancel before a season's first visit and you owe nothing for it; after that, unused visits are credited and you pay for the visits made. Plans cover our visits only, not property damage you cause or storm damage.

The agreement

What's in the agreement

  • What's included and what isn't

Each plan lists its visits and the work it leaves out. Tree and brush work, roof snow and hauling are never part of a plan.

  • The annual cost

One number for the year, split into the invoices each plan lists and written into your quote.

  • How to cancel

Before a season's first visit, you owe nothing for it. After that, unused visits are credited and you pay for visits made.

  • What it isn't

A plan covers our visits. It is not insurance, and it doesn't cover damage you cause or storm damage.

Plan questions

Questions about the yearly agreement

Why one agreement for both seasons?

The crew that mows your lawn also plows your driveway, so one document names the weekday, your stop on the snow route and the invoice schedule.

Can I take only one season?

Yes. The lawn plan and the snow plan are each their own agreement.

What if I move?

Text us. We cancel the plan and credit the visits we haven't made.

Does the plan price include tax or extras?

The plan price is before extras. Aeration, overseeding and hauling are separate lines on a quote.
